PHOENIX (AP) — After three weeks of rising gasoline prices, Arizona motorists now are paying the most they've paid at the pump since October 2008. Triple-A Arizona officials said Thursday that gas prices are at $2.74 for a gallon of regular unleaded, up 6.6 cents from last week.
